We went to fucking WARREN MACKENZIE’S studio on tuesday, then on wednesday and thursday I was basically in charge of the firings which BOTH turned out amazing, then then TODAAAAAY.

gaaaah critique at Randy’s house today was AMAZING.

Fuckin’ Randy. Literally the first thing I said to him when we got there was “RANDY YOU HAVE MY DREAM HOUSE” and he just chuckled because he’s Randy.

We toured his property, he showed us his Anagama and Niborigama kilns which were SO FANTASTIC. Randy refers to the Anagama as his whale. It’s so cute.

Then we had a potluck (YOU GUYS I ATE OFF A PLATE THAT WAS MADE BY FUCKING RANDY JOHNSTON) and critique in his and Jan’s studio.

AND YOU GUYSS. When we left, Randy gave me a hug and a kiss on the cheek. FUCKING RANDY JOHNSTON. I love him so much.

YOU GUYS MY LIFE IS GREAT. FUCK SADNESS.

all I want to do is put on scrubby clothes and go into the empty clay studio and wedge up some clay and throw and throw and throw and forget about time and people and the world. I just want to sit at the wheel and get covered in slip and not have to answer to anyone.
